Chris grew up in Hamilton playing competitive hockey and soccer before running track at the University of British Columbia. Chris had worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for over a decade. He has worked extensively with professional and youth athletes throughout his career.
Chris is devoted to helping his clients enjoy the lifestyle and activities they love, whether it is training for competition, exercising recreationally, recovering from injury, or reducing pain and improving function in your daily life.
Chris enjoys strength training, trail running, and coaching youth sports when he’s not chasing after his wife and kids.
